What to do about dry skin after a facial? Oct 22nd 2011, 05:00 Question by Beth: What to do about dry skin after a facial? I went to go get a facial last Saturday, the treatment was made specifically for hydrating dry skin. But a few days after the treatment, my skin became dryer than it had been before. I use an oil based moisturizer by Peter Thomas Roth twice a day everyday, but it doesn’t seem to have any effect on my skin.
