How many years do pimples/acne last? Aug 30th 2011, 01:00 Question by Lawlessness: How many years do pimples/acne last? I started getting pimples when i was about 11 and I’m 13 now. I use to get a lot like 3 or 4 every week and now I only get like 2 or 3 every week and they’re a lot smaller so when do you think I won’t get them anymore. BTW I’m not talking about adult pimples.
