Are cosmetics more expensive if you buy them at a supermarket? Sep 30th 2011, 06:30 Question by summerice: Are cosmetics more expensive if you buy them at a supermarket? I know cosmetics (like Maybelline, Covergirl, etc) definitely are more expensive if you buy them at like a convenience drugstore like CVS or Walgreens (b/c you’re paying for the convenience in addition to the product), but does this apply to supermarkets like Ralph’s too? Best answer: Answer by Dana they prices are the same everywhere. stores can not personally change the prices of products they dont own. What do you think? Answer below!
