I have looked around and I was wondering what the best acne treatment is besides prescription meds like accutane. Best answer: Answer by santino1932 try retin-a it worked for me when i had acne. but use it daily cause you will not see results if you use it for a week then skip a few days then use it again. and try not to bust your acne cause you will get scars and that’s even worse. it takes a while before you see results but just be patient.
