Question by Proletariat: How can the free market ever solve health care problems when the money is in treatment, not cures?
A for profit health care system can never work because of the situation I described. In fact, the more sick people we have in America, the better our economy is. People who are cured causes our GDP to go down, so it is in the best interest to keep people sick to milk profits.
How can anyone justify such an immoral system?
In case I wasn’t clear, I mean that there is more profit to be made treating the illness rather than actually curing it. Treatment creates a customer for life. Cures are a one time thing.

Get the government out of it. 72 cents of every health care dollar is spent on regulations and government bureaucracy.
