I have acne and its only on my forehead and back and it is really annoying at times and i just need to know a home remedies without any expensive products. I use lemon but it does not seem to work, please help! Best answer: Answer by Danie some people try to dry the pimple out and kill the bacteria with rubbing alcohol or vodka. i have also heard of using a dab of honey. fortunately i have nvr had more than one small pimple at a time so i do not know the effectivness of these.
